Self-locking 3D sipes

The new tread pattern design further improves the bare road handling of the tyre. Self-locking 3D sipes were designed for the outer edge, or shoulder area, of the tyre. They lock the tread blocks on the tyre surface closely together on road contact, thereby improving the tyre's handling when cornering or evading obstacles.
