Mr. Laurén chose Nokian Tyres Hakkapeliitta TRI M+S tires for his tractor because he had already had good experiences with them.
“I chose them because I already had the same set of tires on one of my tractors before. The grip is excellent and they stand the test of time," says Mr. Laurén.
Grip is important in winter conditions.
"When you are plowing snow and you lower the plow and ice scraper to the ground, the tractor becomes lighter, which increases the need for grip. Sometimes we move equipment with lowbed trailers in wintertime, which calls for grip from the tires.”
“We’ve really liked them. They don't turn winter into summer, but they come pretty close,” laughs Mr. Laurén.
