FREE TIRE IN CASE OF PUNCTURE
Nokian Tyres’ unique Scandinavian expertise ensures your journey is safe and enjoyable in all conditions. The Tire Guarantee is our free customer benefit that keeps you on the road even in surprising situations. This 2 years Guarantee will provide a customer with a new corresponding tire free of charge where the customer’s original tire suffers accidental breakage.
If a Tire that has been used appropriately and installed correctly is accidentally damaged during normal use, you will be provided with a new, corresponding product free of charge from any Nokian Tyres dealer participating in the Tire Guarantee program.
Register for the tire guarantee in your country
The Tire Guarantee is our free customer benefit for selected tires that keeps you on the road even in surprising situations and ensures your journey is safe and enjoyable in all conditions. The Guarantee will provide a customer with a new corresponding tire free of charge from a participating Nokian Tyres retailer where the customer’s original tire suffers accidental breakage. HOW TO EXERCISE THE GUARANTEE:
1. Deliver the broken Tire to the Guarantee Retailer
The Guarantee Retailer checks the validity of the Guarantee by checking (a) the original receipt evidencing the purchase of the Tire, (b) the customer’s confirmation email of Nokian Tyres Tire Guarantee registration and (c) the fulfilment of the other conditions (limitations) of the Guarantee, in particular measures the tread depth of the Tire.
2. The Guarantee Retailer replaces the tire
the Guarantee Retailer will fit free of charge a new, corresponding Nokian product in place of the one that was broken. You only bear the cost of the mounting of the replacement Tire.
3. The Guarantee Retailer fills in the formUS
The Guarantee Retailer fills in the the Claim Form together with you. You keep the original of the card and the Guarantee Retailer copy of the card.

The guarantee is vaild only for the tires purchased between 01.01.2024 until 31.12.2024 in participating countries at Nokian Tyres participating dealer. Local terms and conditions may apply.
