Trust, quality and service – Nokian Heavy Tyres excels in a customer survey

How do we do as a company? How could we improve? To find out, there is no better way than to ask our customers. In a recent comprehensive customer survey with nearly 300 respondents, Nokian Heavy Tyres scored a very respectable NPS of 45.5. But as always, we strive towards an even better customer experience. 

NPS, or Net Promoter Score, is a great tool for evaluating how good customer experience we can provide. In a scale from –100 to 100, our NPS of 45.5 tells that we are doing many things right. Also, a whopping 58.4% of respondents gave us 9 or 10. At Nokian Heavy Tyres, we are honored and humbled by this response and use it to further improve our service. 

 

Based on the feedback, how do we stand out: 

“I am happy with the product lines and availability.” 

Customers expressed strong trust in the brand and the reliability of the products. They mentioned positive past experiences while appreciating the genuine and ethical nature of the company. 

 

“The products have a good quality with very few problems.” 

The quality of the products was frequently noted in the survey, along with the wide range of product availability. Customers appreciate the high standards and the tire selection that meets their needs. 

 

“It is easy to get all the needed information.” 

Good customer service and the ease of collaboration with Nokian Heavy Tyres was highlighted. The ease of getting information and the support provided in various situations was particularly valued. 

 

Our main goal is to help dealers and end users in their job 

After listening to the wishes of Nokian Tyres dealers, we are happy to inform you that a web-based ordering system, Dealer Service, has just been implemented in different regions. 

 

This means that Nokian Tyres dealers can now check real-time tire availability and place orders 24/7. This means faster and more precise customer service for the end users. The dealer’s online shop development work continues, and more features are coming up still this year. 


 
For all of our customers we aim to create handy tools and new kinds of content that make choosing the right tire easier. We will continue to participate in events across all regions because the discussions with our customers are the essential part of developing our tires.
