The road to Hakka Ring

A decision to build a new testing facility and technology center in Spain started a 7-year long chain of events. The end result is both a success and a stunning landmark.

First step was to find suitable land. Flat not hilly, suitable climate and geographical conditions, dry and not too cold and many other matters to consider, all the way from water and electricity to reasonable access to nearest airport among other things. A suitable place was found in Santa Cruz de la Zarza, an excellent location less than an hour’s drive from the Madrid airport.

Years later today, the end result is a monumental landmark. Not only employing hundreds of people and having a positive impact on the whole region but also helping to test products that are safer in a eco-friendlier way.
